Photo Card Order Form
How To Place Your Order
Please fill in the Order Form as follows:
1. Fill in all of the personnal information in the first 8 fields
2. In the Comments Section, identify the Photos from the Galleries that you want to use in your card selections. Example:
"For Boxed sets mix the following photos, Q003, Q005, Q006, Q012, Q013 and Q014." "For Postcards use photo Q018 on front and standard postcard on back."
3. In the list of available products, indicated the number of cards or the number of Boxed sets that you want.
4. Once you have filled in the form, simply click Submit and your order will be transmitted to R2Q Photography.
5. If for any reason you feel that your order is too complicated for this form, please email or phone your order. (See Contact Page)
At the current time, R2Q Photography does not participate in Credit Card billing of orders. We will accept Cash or Check. Once your order has been shipped, you will be invoiced by R2Q Photography. Payment is requested within 30 days of invoice.
